What payments do you accept?

For clients who are not representing institutions (most clients will fit into this category), we currently accept card payments as well as payments processed through PayPal and Venmo.

Institutional clients can contact us directly to discuss payment options.

How can I order an original?

Please contact us to inquire about the purchase of an original painting. Pricing information regarding original works are non-negotiable.

You may be asked to cover shipping fees related to the purchase of original artwork.

How can I request a commission?

Filling out a request for commission is not a contract for services. Commission requests are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Commission requests can be denied at any time for any reason prior to being officially contracted into service.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the collective nature of art, commissions, originals, prints, and non-wearable merchandise cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item itself is damaged upon delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for refund, return, or exchange. Apparel can be exchanged due to incorrect sizing but can only be returned and refunded if damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details of the product and the damage. We may ask for photos in order to assess the damage.

Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders must be fully paid prior to shipment.

Orders with a total of 60 USD or more are entitled to free shipping so long as the items are shipped domestically. Unfortunately, international shipments do not qualify for this discount at this time.

All domestic US shipments are processed through the United States Postal Service. International shipments are processed by international carriers particular to the country of receipt.

To ensure your package is delivered promptly, we ask that you check that your address is fully entered and correct, including apartment / unit number if applicable. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be charged the return shipping fee as well as the re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive this item. If you wish to have this item refunded due to incorrect shipping information, we will refund your purchase subtracting any shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable if attempt to ship has been made.

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing tracking information and approximate delivery date. Be advised that shipping times may vary. Please alert us if your package has been delayed by 5 business days or more.
