Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our products from our local printers in Pittsburgh, PA nationwide in the US. Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of the US, but we are working on making shipping available to the UK, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

What's the delivery time for my order?

When will my package arrive?
If there are any problems with your orders movement, please contact your local post office or use the tracking code you received in your email. Once orders have been handed over to the postal system we are no longer responsible for them and do not have the resources to call on them for you. If your post office can not help you, please contact us and we will discuss how to proceed.
What's your refund policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us here or at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Make sure to submit the request within 12 hours as that is the maximum time allowable for return requests.
Can I order a custom painting?
Commissions are available on a first come, first serve basis. I will work with you to get your commission request processed as quickly as possible to meet your needs, but depending on prior requests, this will not always be possible. Please submit your request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information to include in your request includes:
Date you'd like painting to be available by (plan at minimum 1 month in advance prior to due date).
Theme of painting.
Colors envisioned for piece.
Reference photos, if relevant.
