Black Girl Absolute is focused creating space for black art from the perspective of a black woman artist, using visual art to remind everyone that you are enough, without need to compare yourself to anyone else.

Jasmine Green is a Black visual artist born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Growing up in a city known for both being one of the most segregated major cities in the country, positive representations of Black Women were few and far in between. Jasmine strives to create artwork that could tell the story of black women in as bold and creative ways as possible.
